Cancellation Policy

1. Session Booking: - All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. 2. Payment: - Payment for the session (or sessions) is due at the time of booking. - Accepted forms of payment include credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. - The session will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed. 3. Cancellation and Refunds: - Please note that all session bookings are non-refundable. - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we offer the option to reschedule your session (see point 4). 4. Rescheduling: - If you need to reschedule your session, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time. - Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation (see point 3). 5. No-shows: - If you fail to attend your scheduled session without providing prior notice or fail to reschedule within the required notice period, it will be considered a no-show. - No-shows are non-refundable, and the session will not be rescheduled. 6. Session Duration and Content: - All sessions are typically 1 hour in length, unless otherwise specified. - The content of the session will be tailored to your specific needs and requirements as discussed during the booking process or initial consultation. 7. Limitation of Liability: - While our instructors are highly knowledgeable and experienced, the information provided during the session is for educational purposes only. - We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from the session, as individual results may vary. - We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from the use or application of the information provided during the session. 8. Confidentiality: - Any information shared during the session will be treated as confidential. - We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information discussed during the session, except where required by law. 9.
